Literature Review

As part of my innovation plan to integrate blended learning into the classroom to improve writing skills, I conducted a comprehensive literature review with a specific focus on the rotational model of blended learning. This model, which alternates between in-person instruction and online learning activities, holds significant potential for creating a more flexible and engaging learning environment. My research aimed to examine how the rotational model could be applied to enhance writing instruction, foster greater student engagement, and improve overall outcomes. In particular, the literature review explores both the advantages and disadvantages of the rotational model. The review highlights how this model allows for personalized learning, accommodates different learning styles, and provides opportunities for students to work at their own pace. At the same time, it considers challenges such as the need for technological resources and the potential for unequal access. Through this review, I sought to better understand how the rotational model can be implemented effectively in writing classrooms, addressing both the opportunities and obstacles that come with this approach.
